Cancellation and "No Show" Policy
Our office understands that there are occasions when a patient must miss an appointment due to illness or an emergency. We will try to accommodate as best we can in these circumstances.
When a patient does not call to cancel, this prevents another patient from utilizing an appointment time.
In order to serve all of our patients, we ask that you call at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time to reschedule.
Our “No Show” policy will be after 2 consecutively missed appointments without calling. Our office will no longer schedule an appointment for this patient. The patient is welcome to “walk in” to check appointment availability for the day to receive treatment if the schedule allows.
There will be a $20.00 missed appointment fee for the 2nd missed appointment.
Late arrivals may have the appointment time shortened in order to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a “No Show”.
Appointments lasting longer than the scheduled 20 minutes may result in a consult fee.
