HEADACHES
Over the years of working with patients we’ve gained insights into health so in these articles we will share some of those insights. It is often difficult to put into words what we do when treating patients so if you have questions give us a call or visit us and we will try to explain. Some of our solutions to health problems may seem odd and different from the normal solutions that are now accepted in our society, but they usually have good results.
Now for our first article, about a very frequent problem: Headaches. We have found that chronic headaches are usually caused by the skull bones being out of alignment. When the bones are out of alignment, thin muscles of the head will tense and cause pain. We determine the positions of the bones by using reflexes of the muscles of the skull. Once this is determined, we reposition the bones so the muscles will relax and the headache gradually goes away.
Skull bones can be knocked out of their correct positions by many causes but usually is a simple event of bumping your head. Sometimes the skull has been out of correct position since birth.
Some suggestions for good health are to drink lots of clean water, eat fruits and vegetables and some grains and beans.
This advice may seem simple, well it is and we hope that you have very good health. Let other people laugh at you for avoiding unhealthy foods; your wise choices will pay off.
