Exercise #12
"Knee Stretch"
1. Sit on a table, tall stool or other location where your feet do not touch the floor.
2. Sit with your feet and legs hanging for 10 minutes.
3. After 10 minutes, begin to gently swing your legs for 10 minutes.
4. Gently stand and walk cautiously for a few minutes.
5. This should be repeated three times daily and you may sit more than 20 minutes if you wish.
