“Neck Strengthening Exercise”
1. Put your left hand against the left side of your head.
2. Push your head into your hand while you resist your head from moving with your left hand.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on right side.
4. Then put one or both of your hands behind your head and resist your head from moving while you push backward with your head.
