Exercise #6
"Sitting on a chair backwards"
1. Roll a large bath towel.
2. Place towel roll on seat of armless chair.
3. Place towel roll front to back on the seat.
4. Sit on the towel roll on the seat straddling the chair facing the back of the chair.
5. Sit at least 10 minutes.
An alternate method is to sit on the arm of a sofa or on a barrel laying it on its side.
If car seats cause pain, modify the seats to be raised higher in the center.
