A Typical Good Daily Diet
The following should be completed within an hour after getting up in the morning:
1. Take 5 deep breaths of air and cough as you exhale.
2. Drink 2 glasses of water.
3. Eat a green salad
a. include ½ cup of cabbage plus other green, leafy vegetables.
4. Eat at least one cup of vegetable soup which includes whole grain rice and cooked dried beans and a variety of other vegetables, grains and beans.
5. pour into the soup, 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day.
Lunch should be smaller than breakfast but similar foods in the same order.
Dinner should be the smallest meal. It could typically contain fruits, melons and raw vegetables.
Between meal snacks- have fruit.
