“Tips for Traveling”
1. Use the steering wheel to push and pull against to stretch, strengthen, and circulate new blood into your muscles.
2. Put a phone book or rolled-up towel or blanket in the seat of your car for better pelvic positioning.
3. Push your head back against your headrest every once in a while to stretch, strengthen, and circulate more blood up through your neck.
