Exercise #17 "Rhomboid Muscle Stretch" 1. Bring left elbow back for one to two seconds. 2. Then bring left arm across your body. Use right hand to help your left arm come across your body even farther. Hold for 4-5 seconds. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 two more times. 4. Repeat steps 1 through 3 with right arm. |
