Diabetes: The most lethal complication
(and most overlooked) is heart failure
Type 2 diabetes is a nightmare disease with its drugs and their side effects, neuropathies (arms and legs going numb), blindness, amputations, heart attacks, strokes, and more. But the #1, most overlooked by medicine, and most lethal complication of diabetes is heart failure. And that makes perfect sense because both diabetes and heart failure have as their underlying cause a vitamin B complex and mineral deficiency. In other words, both are primarily caused by the same thing.
…Medical researchers call heart failure a “much more disabling disorder than both heart attacks and even strokes.”
Diabetes drugs don’t help much, which is statistically obvious since most diabetics coming down with heart failure are already on drugs. And, some drugs make it worse. We’ve written before about diabetes drugs actually causing heart attacks and strokes while providing no benefit in preventing neuropathies, blindness, etc. But some of the drugs actually make your odds of getting heart failure worse. Onglyza had almost a third increased risk of hospitalizations for heart failure than a placebo (sugar pill).
Key researchers are trying desperately to alarm doctors into taking heart failure with diabetics more seriously.
What to do- This does not have to be you. As I have always said, to be successful with your health you must address the underlying cause of the problem. Amazingly, diabetes, heart disease, heart failure, obesity, and high cholesterol have primarily the same underlying cause. And one it is addressed and resolved, all these different problems disappear. Instead of taking diabetes drugs that are of little help, struggling with a low-fat diet, staying on the couch, and keeping your fingers crossed, consider addressing the underlying cause.
Change What You Eat: Just about 7 years ago I wrote the article, “How to Cure Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, and Obesity.” It is still the road map to overcoming these problems and avoiding heart failure. And the cure is actually quite simple. You need to stop eating your standard diet and switch to a delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-follow Mediterranean diet. You need to avoid fast, processed, sugary, and packaged foods altogether. Just get a copy of the book, The GI Mediterranean Diet by Fedon A. Lindberg, M.D. It will take you step-by-step through an easy eating plan.
Increase Your Activity Level: Next you need to use your muscles. This is one of the most critical missing links in all diabetes protocols. When you work your muscles, they draw sugar out of your blood without insulin. This is the definition of a cure for diabetes. Start out with a daily hard walk. Work up to a hard walk with weights in your hands. And finally begin to practice strength exercises (weight lifting). …This remarkable way to lower your blood sugar requires only about an hour of exercise every 5-7 days.
Add Quality Nutritional Supplements: And finally you need precise and complete nutritional supplements that include the whole B complex and organically bound chromium (which make up the glucose tolerance factor or GTF). Almost 30 years ago I wrote, “When it comes to improving diabetes, B vitamins and chromium are paramount. This combination is referred to as the GLUCOSE TOLERANCE FACTOR. That means that it is absolutely essential in helping glucose to move OUT OF YOUR BLOOD AND INTO YOUR CELLS (Health Allert, Vol. 2, No. 2).
In addition you will need pancreatic enzymes and extract; organic minerals; heart extract; real, whole vitamin C (not ascorbic acid); and more. Thankfully, these are available in supplement form and explained in detail in my article. There are no substitutes for these foods and products. Nothing from the store will work. I have tested just about everything over the past 30 years. And other than cinnamon, most other products are useless in helping you with diabetes or heart disease.
The protocol as explained in my article consists of Diaplex, Cataplex GTF, Min-Tran, Cardio-Plus, and Cataplex B. If your blood fats are high, you must add Cod liver oil. And if you use a glucose monitor, you can easily measure and judge your success. Just get on the protocol and watch your blood sugar drop as your risk of developing heart failure, heart attacks, or strokes slowly disappears. My article is available on my web side, www.healthalert.com.
